Computer Analysis Stations

Two offline computer analysis stations (one Mac, one PC) are available to analyze data, freeing up instrument time.  Software programs include:

• FlowJo v10.0 (Tree Star, Inc.) for PC
• FlowJo v10.0 (Tree Star, Inc.) for Mac
• FlowLogic v6 (Inivai Technologies) for Mac or PC
• FCS Express v5.0 (DeNovo Software) for PC
• BD FACSDiva v6.1.2 for PC

Most are dongle security access.  FlowLogic is a web-based access.  See Staff Scientist Pam Shaw for codes/access.
