Inhalation
A major area of focus in CEHS includes exposures to airborne contaminants including asbestos, ozone, silica, ambient and residential indoor woodsmoke and its components, and engineered nanomaterials (ENM). The mission of the Inhalation and Pulmonary Physiology Core (IPP Core) facility is to provide state-of-the-art technology needed by Center for Environmental Health Sciences (CEHS) researchers and others conducting inhalation toxicology and exposure assessment studies.
