Procedure Protocols

Scheduling:

The Olympus Fluoview 1000 laser scanning confocal has a web based scheduling calendar. Authorized users receive a user name and password to access.

• Operator-assistants are scheduled Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm
• Signup times are charged if not cancelled 24 hours in advance
• Acquisition time takes priority over analysis
• If user wil be more than 15 minutes different than allotted time, it is his/her responsibility to coordinate with other scheduled users

• Histology instrument use requires a signup made through the MHFI Core
• Signups are available at each instrument station
